Located adjacent to the loading dock, our dedicated team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to help with building amenities, work orders, access cards, and any day-to-day property needs. For your peace of mind, our team is available 24/7 for building emergencies. We do everything possible to ensure your business operations run smoothly.

Prioritize your health and wellness at the P3 Fitness Center, a premier onsite amenity provided to Sail Tower occupants. Easily accessible via the garage elevators, the facility features dedicated professional staff support from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with trainers by EXOS. To help you reach your goals, EXOS hosts complimentary group fitness classes alongside optional personal training sessions, all bookable via Appointy. The center also includes daily-use lockers for your convenience.

For active commuters, the G1 Bike Room and Showers are also available. Once you submit your waiver, you will have access to bike racks, a maintenance fix-it area, and showers fully equipped with premium towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryers.
